Hello transformation nation. I have a couple of questions about fasting. Are you suppose to stop eating completely for 21 days and continue to drink water? Or is everyone practicing the “Daniels fast”? I just want to make sure I’m doing this right. I’m a newbie to this. I may be watching this a week late, but I’m RIGHT on time. I was back and forth on not knowing what to fast from but I got it. Starting tomorrow, I will begin my 21 day social media (Facebook) fast. The amount of time that I spend on there fueling my spirit with negativity is sickening and I need to put this time towards positivity and with the Lord. 🙌🏾❤️

This is the second time I fast, and I feel like I’m not doing it right or enough despite my heart being here for it! My immune system has kept me from living my life the “normal” way and when I finally feel my health is controlled it spirals down again. I'm praying for someone to give me advise. I'm so confused about God testing me- it feels like I'm not understanding what God wants me to do. Every option I do, it feels like either I'm compromising what God wants, or I'm testing God (like, I'm asking him "if I obey you, are you going to give me provision for the next month?")
